On changes to tariffs for legal entities
Dear customers!
We would like to inform you about upcoming changes to the bank's settlement and cash services and documentary operations tariffs in accordance with the new requirements of the Tax Code. From 1 January, 2026, banking services will be subject to value added tax (VAT). At the same time, the VAT rate will increase from 12% to 16%.
We will continue to provide our customers with a high level of service at the most favorable rates in the banking sector. To make it easier for you to manage your daily financial tasks, we made transfers in KZT even more favorable, and the bank will cover the corresponding tax burden on these transactions in terms of VAT.
The current tariff schedule is published in the “Tariffs for Legal Entities” section and comes into force on 3 January, 2026.
The bank’s tariffs are presented with VAT already included, which ensures transparency and clarity in the formation of the final cost of services.
