Notification of changes in the terms of business customer servicing
Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you of the upcoming changes:
- a commission fee will be charged for international transfers in Chinese Yuan (CNY), including letters of credit, guarantees, collection and reimbursement obligations;
- a commission fee for account maintenance will be charged – equal to account balance, but not exceeding KZT 25,000– if there are no account transactions during 1 year;
- parameters of Econom, Alem, Tender and Drive tariff packages shall be updated.
Current tariffs are available on the website in “Tariffs for Legal Entities” section and will take effect from 17.02.2026.
