On Amendments to Accession Agreement on Transfers and (or) Payments without Opening a Bank Account
Dear customers of the Bank,
Please be informed that we have entered amendments to the Accession Agreement on transfers and (or) payments without opening a bank account.
The Agreement is amended as follows:
- cl 4.12 in relation to transactions on transfers/payments without opening an account in the range of 500,000 tenge to 2,000,000 tenge and on transactions exceeding 2,000,000 tenge, or the equivalent of the indicated amounts in foreign currency;
- the second part of cl. 6.6 is excluded, which relates to certain currency transaction conditions;
- the Agreement is supplemented by cl. 6.7-1 with regard to compliance with the AML Law;
- cl. 3 in the Annex to the Agreement is adopted in a new wording:
- the Annex to the Agreement is supplemented by the new service - SAP (single aggregate payment).
