As part of the corporate action, Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. shares will be redeemed, and shareholders will receive a cash payment.

The cash payment amounts to USD 31.01666668 per share.

The payment includes:

• USD 31.00 - base amount;
• an additional amount of USD 0.00277778 for each calendar day elapsed after 30 September 2026, until the transaction completion date, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the transaction.

Please note: according to the notification received, this payment is final. No additional payments are provided under this corporate action.

Due to the completion of the transaction, trading in Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. shares will be suspended. If the transaction is expected to be completed before the opening of the market on 6 October 2026, trading in the securities will be suspended from 5 October 2026, after the closing of the evening trading session, and the shares will be delisted from trading from 7 October 2026.

Funds will be credited to customers' investment accounts after the corresponding payment is received and processed by the depository. The date for crediting funds to customer accounts has not yet been determined.

Please note that due to the specifics of the corporate action, the timing of the funds appearing in investment accounts may differ from the transaction completion date.
