Hereby we inform you that on 5 October, 2026, the Agreement on the Provision of Brokerage Ser-vices and Nominee Services (accession) (the "Agreement") and the Rules for the Conduct of Broker-age Activities on the Securities Market for Individuals of Halyk Bank JSC (the "Rules") in a new edi-tion.

You can find the updated terms and conditions of the Agreement and Rules* in the “Brokerage Ser-vices” section on the Bank's official website in the list of documents.

* The rules come into effect for new customers from the date of approval - 5 October, 2026, and for existing customers (as of 5 October, 2026) from 20 October, 2026.
