Payment Processing Schedule in the Onlinebank System from December 31, 2025 to January 05, 2026 (Astana time)
Dear Clients,
We hereby provide the payment processing schedule (including foreign currency payments) in the Onlinebank system during weekends and public holidays from December 31, 2025 to January 05, 2026.
If your company works with foreign partners, please take into account the public holiday schedules of international countries in order to specify the correct value date when sending payments (Appendix: International Public Holidays Schedule).
Salary payments and settlement of mutual accounts with counterparties on December 31, 2025 must be completed in accordance with the schedule below.
Transactions within Halyk Bank:
- Available on December 31, 2025 until 11:00 PM;
- Available on January 3, 2026 from 9:00 AM
Transactions to other banks’ details:
- Available on December 31, 2025 until 7:45 PM;
- Available on January 5, 2026 from 9:00 AM
Current account statements are available in Onlinebank:
- Statement for December 31, 2025 will be available from January 3, 2026;
- From January 4, 2026, statements will be available in the regular mode.
Statements for corporate cards and POS terminals are available in the regular mode.
Reimbursement of amounts from POS terminals / Halyk POS / Halyk QR:
- Reimbursement date for December 31, 2025: to Halyk Bank accounts — January 3, 2026, to accounts in other second-tier banks — January 5, 2026;
- Reimbursement date for January 1–3, 2026: to Halyk Bank accounts — January 4, 2026, to accounts in other second-tier banks — January 5, 2026.
Cash Desk and Self-Service Cash Desk:
- Available on December 31, 2025 until 12:00 PM;
- Available on January 5 from 9:00 AM.
