Inform you about updates to the rates for cash settlement services for individuals, safe deposit transactions tariffs and Halyk SuperApp transactions
Dear customers!
The Bank's rates remained unchanged over the past two years. They are updated taking into account market terms and conditions and are aimed at maintaining the Bank's high level of service and reliability.
It is important to note that fees for transfers within the Bank and to Second-tier banks in the Republic of Kazakhstan remain unchanged.
Please note that from 1 January, 2026, in accordance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, certain banking services will be subject to value added tax. From this date, the VAT rate will be 16%. All fees are quoted including VAT.
The updated rates are posted in the “Rates for Individuals” section and will come into force from 3 January, 2026, with the exception of transfer rates, which will come into force from 24 March, 2026.
