Notification of changes to Halyk Invest's internal documents

Hereby we inform you that on 31 December, 2025, the Agreement on the Provision of Brokerage Services and Nominee Services (accession) (the "Agreement") and the Rules for the Conduct of Brokerage Activities on the Securities Market for Individuals of Halyk Bank JSC (the "Rules") in a new edition.
You can find the updated terms and conditions of the Agreement and Rules* in the “Brokerage Services” section on the Bank's official website in the list of documents.
* The rules come into effect for new customers from the date of approval - 31 December, 2025, and for existing customers (as of 31 December, 2025) from 16 January, 2026.
