On Amendments to the Accession Agreement on Payment Card Issuance and Servicing
Dear Customers,
We would like to notify you of the following amendments and additions in The Accession Agreement on issue and service of payment card (The “Agreement”):
- Amendments were made to the limits on number of debit cards issued to one customer: not more than 5 (five) valid cards, except for cards on Special Accounts for Benefits. At the same time number of cards issued to one customer - non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan - not more than 1 (one) card.
- The Agreement is supplemented by clause on provision by customer of consent to the international payment system UnionPay International for collection and processing of personal data of the customer and their transfer to third parties engaged by the payment system UnionPay International for the purpose of making payments via QR code. Consent to collection and processing of personal data is valid during the period of storage of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Collection and processing of personal data shall be performed in ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Consent to collection and processing of personal data excludes the possibility of dissemination of personal data in publicly available sources and transfer of personal data to any third parties not related to the performance of banking services and the agreement.
- The Agreement is supplemented with clause defining the customer's responsibility to check the correctness of the transaction amount when making payment via QR code.
- Procedure for making payments using Face Pay system defined. In this case, the debit is made from customer's main card, which they can choose (change) in Internet banking.
Amendments to the Agreements come into effect from 25 July 2025.
In case of disagreement with amendments to the Agreement, you have the right to cancel the Agreement by submitting written application at the Bank's outlet.
