Notification of schedule of payments in the Onlinebank system (From 31 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, Astana time)
Dear customers,
From December 31, 2024 to January 5, 2025, special rules will apply to payments in the Onlinebank system, including payments in foreign currency.
If your company works with foreign partners, please check the schedule of holidays in other countries to correctly indicate the value date when sending payments (see appendix).
Please note that salary payments and settlement with counterparties must be completed on December 31, 2024, according to the specified schedule.
Transactions within Halyk Bank:
- On 31 December 2024 will be available until 11:00 p.m.
- On 3 January 2025 will be available from 9:00 a.m.
Payments and transfers to other banks:
- On 31 December 2024 will be available until 5:00 p.m.
- On 5 January 2025 will be available from 9:00 a.m.
Current account statements in the Onlinebank:
- Statements for 12/31/2024 will be available from January 3, 2025.
- From January 4, 2025 will be available as usual.
Statements for corporate cards and POS-terminals are available in the usual mode.
Reimbursement of amounts from POS terminals/ Halyk POS/ Halyk QR:
- For December 31, 2024 to accounts in Halyk Bank - January 3, 2025, to accounts in STB - January 5, 2025.
- For January 1-4, 2025 to accounts in Halyk Bank - January 4, 2025, to accounts in STB - January 5, 2025.
Cashier and Auto Cashier:
- On December 31, 2024 will be available until 12:00
- On January 5 will be available from 09:00
Schedule of international public holidays (in foreign currency).
