Amendments to the corporate tariffs

Dear customers,

Please be advised that starting 12 August 2024, the rates established for business customers will change. The changes may affect: 

Section 2 “KZT transfer transactions”,

Section 6 “Remote services for customers” and Section 7 “Other fees”.

Changes in Section 2 “Transfer Transactions in KZT” – a new wording was adopted:

Transfer from a savings account to a bank account opened with another Bank (also applies to standing orders from current accounts)

Transfer to a bank account opened with another Bank* (also applies to standing orders from current accounts)

*the tariff is also applied when transferring payments to Kazpost JSC

The below-listed fees from the list will not be available starting 12 August 2024.   

Section 6 “Remote Customer Service”

6.1 “Online banking for legal entities” system:

6.1.1 Connection of one user (with authentication means and EDS provided), including VAT

6.1.2 Connection of one user to HalykMBC mobile app, including VAT

6.1.3 Connection of one user to HalykMBC mobile app upon availability of “Online banking for legal entities” system, including VAT

6.1.4 Monthly subscription fee for maintaining accounts of e-customers using “Correqts / RBS3” system per electronic contract (charged in addition to the standard fee for maintaining accounts)

6.2 “Bank-Customer” module:

6.2.1 Monthly subscription fee, including VAT

6.2.2 Provision of additional electronic digital signature key, including VAT

6.3 “OnlineBank HALYK” system:

6.3.6 Purchase of additional number and volume of payments in “Start” version, including VAT

6.5 Connection of HalykNotify mobile app for receiving push notifications, including VAT

6.8 Receipt of SMS notifications to a cell phone on outgoing payments of remote customer service systems, including VAT

6.9 Connection of the current user of “Online Banking for Legal Entities” system (Correqts) to “OnlineBank HALYK” system (Business)

Section 7: Other Fees

7.2 Daily account statement

7.7 Sending requests to clarify details of payment documents at the customer's instruction, including VAT

7.10 Sending documents by courier mail, including VAT

7.11 Postal and telegraphic expenses, including VAT

* Tariffs for services rendered to customers being legal entities, branches and representative offices of legal entities, peasant farms, individual entrepreneurs, notaries, lawyers, private bailiffs, professional mediators (common for all the Bank's Branches).
