On amending the Payment Card Issue and Servicing Accession Agreement
Dear customers of the Bank!
We would like to notify you of the following amendments of the Payment Card Issue and Servicing Accession Agreement (the “Agreement”):
If the Bank approves customer's application for consideration of a disputable situation on a transaction made with the use of cash in the Bank's self-service devices, the Bank shall be entitled to recover the amount of such transaction by transfer of funds to customer's account with the Bank.
If funds are insufficient on the account for online payments for more than 30 days, the Bank shall be entitled independently to disable automatic payments set by the customer for payment for goods and services in online stores / websites of service providers.
If the customer makes an overdraft (spending money in excess of amount of own funds on the account), the Bank shall charge a penalty for such overdraft at the rate of 10% per annum from the 8th calendar day from the date of overdraft until the date of its complete repayment.
The amendments to the Agreement shall come into effect from 10 May 2024.
In case of disagreement with amendments to the Agreement, you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement by submitting a written application to the Bank outlet.
