Effective date: 5 August 2026.
In accordance with the terms of the transaction, Electronic Arts Inc. has completed the merger process with Oak-Eagle AcquireCo, Inc. and Oak-Eagle MergerCo, Inc.
As part of the corporate event, Electronic Arts Inc. shareholders will receive cash compensation in the amount of USD 210 for each share they own.
Upon completion of the transaction, Electronic Arts Inc. shares will be delisted from the public market and will no longer be traded on the exchange.
