SME Banking Agency names Halyk Bank to have one of the best ecosystems for business
The rating was prepared by the expert council of the agency based on results of the annual research “Ecosystems for Business 2022”. To identify leaders having the best ecosystem for SME business customers, the services of over 150 banks from 11 countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia were analyzed.
The main selection criteria were the quality of services provided, diversity of financial services, sales and marketing, human resources and legal matters. The value of the service was determined based on how much it was in demand by customers.
According to the Agency report, over the last years, banks of Eastern Europe and Central Asia have been transforming from financial institutions providing traditional banking services to marketplaces and ecosystems. Crucial aspects of building such systems include the ability to deeply integrate and provide a better customer experience.
Therefore, Halyk Bank’s leadership is more than justified. Today, the bank offers the most trending and advanced services for legal entities. Entrepreneurs can remotely open accounts for LLP and IE in a matter of minutes, obtain an online loan of up to KZT 100 million, issue a digital tender guarantee.
