Convert Alser bonuses to Halyk bonuses
Convert the accumulated Halyk bonuses to Alser bonuses, and pay for purchases in full or in part with bonuses. Also, for each converted bonus you will receive +50% reward.
How to exchange Halyk bonuses for Alser bonuses:

Register on the website alser.kz

In your personal account, go to Bonuses > Conversion of Halyk bonuses

Enter the available amount of bonuses and tap Convert*
Terms:
- when registering on the Alser website, it is required to indicate the mobile phone number registered with Halyk
- limit per customer – 10 bonus transactions for the amount not exceeding 300,000 bonuses per day, no more than 1,500,000 bonuses per month
- after converting Halyk bonuses to Alser bonuses, the customer agrees to the terms of the Alser loyalty program
- you cannot convert Alser bonuses to Halyk bonuses
