Bonus terms and conditions:

• Bonuses are awarded when placing an order via the Halyk Restaurants service in the Halyk SuperApp:

1.   via the "Takeout order" option

2.   after accessing the "Restaurants" service via a QR code for takeout at the establishment. 

• The maximum amount of bonuses per customer (regardless of the number of orders) under the Promo per month - 1,000.

Bonus exemptions:

• Bonuses are not awarded for payments made using gift cards, corporate cards, or cards issued for current accounts or special accounts;
• In case of purchase return by a customer no bonus will be awarded;
• In case of partial refund of purchase amount by a customer (previously awarded), bonuses will be written off from the customer's bonus account in full;
• If cardholders make suspicious transactions, the Bank have the right to unilaterally cancel the awarding of bonuses or return bonuses;
• No bonuses will be awarded for payments made using full or partial payment with bonuses.

The Bank reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the Promo, including suspending or extending the period of the Promo without notifying customers.
