Inform you about updates to the rates for cash settlement services for individuals
Dear Customers,
This is to inform you that changes to the tariffs for rendering services to individuals will come into effect on 12 January 2027.
An additional fee is being introduced for making international transfers in EUR to banks of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus when OUR fee type is selected (the fee shall be paid in full by the sender). The amount of the additional fee will be EUR 250.
The launch of this feature and the application of the updated tariffs will be activated immediately upon completion of the necessary technical work.
