An anti-dumping guarantee is a requirement in public procurement for suppliers participating in government tenders. It ensures that a bidder who significantly reduces the bid price will still be able to fulfill the contract with the required quality, rather than simply winning the contract at the lowest price.

In simple terms, it is an additional financial guarantee that confirms the supplier’s commitment and gives the customer confidence that the contract will be performed even if the bid price has been substantially reduced.
