On Amendments to the Accession Agreement on the Issuance and Maintenance of a Payment Card
Dear Bank customers!
We hereby notify you of the following amendments and additions to the Accession Agreement on the Issuance and Maintenance of a Payment Card ("the Agreement"):
1. Amendments were made to the limits on the number of debit cards issued to one customer, including supplementary cards.
2. The Agreement was supplemented with a clause regarding the customer's consent:
- regarding the execution of transfers and payments using the NPCK service, including NPCK QR;
- to the activation of the Click to Pay service for all of the customer's payment cards;
- to the collection and processing of the Customer's personal data by Visa International for the purpose of making payments using the Click to Pay service.
3. The Agreement was supplemented with clauses regulating the issuance and maintenance of payment cards for the Self-employed.
The amendments to the Agreement shall take effect from 15 July 2026.
In case of disagreement with the amendments to the Agreement, you have the right to terminate the Agreement by submitting a written application at any Bank outlet.
