 Dear customers of the Bank,

Please be informed that we have entered amendments to the Card Issue and Servicing Accession Agreement, and to the Card Using Rules. Major changes:

1. The service terms of special alimony payment account were added to the Agreement (the  Alimony Payment Account), namely:

1)   Opening of Alimony Payment Account only in tenge;

2)   Alimony Payment Account is eligible for all debit transactions designated for payment cards of the Bank, which are issued for individuals (cash withdrawal, purchases, payments and money transfers from the account);

3)   Alimony Payment Account may be credited only as follows:

- alimony payments (are made only under court ruling on recovery of alimony or notarized alimony agreement concluded between parents of young person) made both in cash by alimony payer and through money transfer by alimony payer or its employer);

- cash payment at cash desk of the Bank to discharge debt on Bank fees, existing on Alimony Payment Account;

- any other credit transactions on Alimony Payment Account are forbidden. Should customer or third parties make any payments which are not alimony payments, no crediting shall be made, and money will be returned to the sender with a refusal.

Further be advised that:

1)        to open Alimony Payment Account the copy of court ruling on recovery of alimony or notarized alimony agreement concluded between parents of young person must be presented to the Bank;

2)        Opening of Alimony Payment Accounts will be available from 27 July 2019.

 2. The Agreement is supplemented by obligation of the Customer to make full settlement for accessing the Airport VIP Lounges under Priority Pass, Dragon Pass, Lounge Key Programs by using payment cards Visa or MasterCard, and Priority Pass or Dragon Pass Club Card. If card account balance is not enough for payment of services for accessing the Airport VIP Lounges, the customer is going into Overdraft which must be immediately repaid.

3. The Agreement is supplemented by rights of the Bank:

1)         Provide customer details (full name, date of birth, IIN, number of account opened under Agreement) to foreign diplomatic missions and consular institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan upon their request as to confirm the presented notices of bank accounts held.

2)        Upon receipt of letter from Non-Commercial JSC ""Government for Citizens state corporation"", return excess amount paid after the death of recipient of pension or allowance, or after his/her relocation and permanent residence outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The amendments to the Agreement and the Rules shall be effective from 29 May 2019.

In case of any disagreements on the amendments to the Agreement and the Rules, you may withdraw from the Agreement before the effective date of the amendments by submitting written application to the Bank outlet.
