On the resumption of debt payoff on retail card accounts
Dear customers,
Please be advised that starting from 06 March 2019, the Bank resumes to pay off debts on card accounts of individuals by debiting the other card accounts (subject to the account balance).
The outstanding amounts on card account / payment card will be offset from balances on other card accounts as follows:
1. The annual fee for servicing a payment card issued by JSC Halyk Bank. A client’s another account will be debited on the next day after the debt recognition.
2. Technical overdraft (the amount of money spent over the remaining balance on the client’s card account and (or) credit limit amount (if any). The client’s another account will be debited starting from 5th day of the technical overdraft.
3. Current debt (the amount of the minimum payment) on a credit card issued by JSC Kazkommertsbank. The client’s another account will be debited 5 days before the expiration of the payment period.
Therefore, you are requested to ensure the available balance on your card accounts in order to avoid debiting from other accounts.
