On amending the Card Issue and Servicing Accession Agreement
Dear customers,
Please be advised that the Card Issue and Servicing Accession Agreement, as well as the Card Using Rules were amended as follows:
subparagraph 7.6.3 of the Card Issue and Servicing Accession Agreement: the wording “return to the Bank” are replaced by the word “destroy”;
subparagraph 17.1.8 of paragraph 4 of the Card Using Rules: the numbers “5959” are replaced by the numbers “7111”.
Amendments to the Agreement and the Rules take effect on 11 December 2018.
In case of disagreement with the amendments to the Agreement and the Rules, prior to the introduction of the amendments, you may terminate the Agreement by submitting a written application to terminate the agreement and close the account to the Bank’s branch.
The new Agreement will be available on 11 December 2018.
