""Cash withdrawal without a card"" now at ATMs of the Bank
Dear customers,
From 30 December 2017, you can also use the service ""Cash withdrawal without a card"" at Halyk Bank ATMs*.
How to use the service?
- The service is available to all Halyk Bank cardholders **;
- At the ATM go to the ""Additional Services"" tab --- ""Cash withdrawal without a card"";
- Enter the data according to the text instruction;
- At the end of the transaction, you will receive a check with the first part of the code;
- the second part will be sent by SMS to the entered mobile phone number.
How to get?
To withdraw cash from any Halyk Bank ATM, please enter first and second part of the code and the amount due. If all the data is entered correctly, the ATM will give money.
* the service was earlier available in Internet Banking myHalyk.kz
** ""Cash withdrawal without a card"" service is only valid to receive your own money and the service is not allowed for third parties.
