About amendments to the card issue and servicing accession agreement
We would like to notify you of changes in the Accession Agreement on Payment Card Issue and Service.
Major changes:
1) In respect of Overdraft, the Customer agrees to immediately repay the amount of the Overdraft and pay the Bank a penalty for the Overdraft at the rate set by the Bank at the date of the Overdraft. The penalty for the Overdraft is accrued from 5th calendar day of the Overdraft thru the date of its full repayment;
2) The Bank has the right to withdraw from the Account by direct debiting, including when the Account is blocked, the amount of the Overdraft that has arisen and the amount of the accrued penalty from 5th calendar day at the flat rate.
3) When the Customer carries out the Conversion transaction with multicurrency card (money transfer between the Accounts of one multicurrency card) at ATMs of the Bank and the Internet banking system, the Bank makes conversion at non-cash currency purchase / sale rate set by the Bank for ATM transactions at the time of processing the payment document, for Internet transactions - at the time of authorization.
The changes in the Agreement are effective from 1 February 2018.
In case of disagreement with changes to the Agreement, before the changes take legal effect, you have the right to cancel the Agreement by submitting a written application for termination of the Agreement and closing the account in the Bank's branch.
