Promotion Period: September 11, 2026 – October 11, 2026.
Discount Mechanics & Terms:
● Offer Composition: The discount applies exclusively to the "Double Combo" item, which includes:
2 Chicken Doners (size 1.5, extra portion)
2 Bottles of Cola (0.5L each)
The promotion does not apply to other menu items.
● Cascade Discount Growth: The discount increases by 10 percentage points after each completed promotional order:
1st order — 10% off
2nd order — 20% off
3rd order — 30% off
4th order — 40% off (maximum discount)
The total order amount will recalculate based on your current discount level directly in the cart at checkout.
● Item Limit per Order: The discount is calculated strictly on 1 combo unit per order. If there are 2 or more "Double Combos" in your cart, the discount will only apply to one, while the remaining items will be charged at full price.
● Daily Limit: The discount can be used no more than once per calendar day and only for one combo. Once used, the discount becomes unavailable until the next calendar day (e.g., Today — 10%, Tomorrow — 20%, Day 3 — 30%, Day 4 — 40%).
● Eligible Locations: Valid only for fast-food restaurants located in Almaty. The offer is unavailable for orders in other cities.
● Promotion Cycle: Completing the full cycle from 10% to 40% is allowed only once per customer. After placing the 4th order with a 40% discount, your punch card resets, and the promo is considered completed for the customer.
● Return Policy: In case of order cancellation or a full refund, the current step of the promotion is annulled (rolled back), and the customer retains the right to reuse the discount for that step.
● Ordering Method: Valid exclusively when placing a self-pickup order via the "Halyk Restaurants" feature in the Halyk SuperApp.
● Regular Orders: Purchases of other menu items or standard orders via Halyk Restaurants do not affect your discount progress. After completing the promo cycle, you can continue making regular orders without discounts.
Exceptions & Limitations:
● The discount cannot be combined with other promo codes or promotional offers;
● In the event of a product return, the cascade discount step is cancelled, and refunds will be processed based on the actual amount paid after the discount;
● In case of suspicious card transactions, the Bank reserves the right to unilaterally cancel discounts or exclude the customer from participating in the promotion.
