JSC Halyk Bank declares that the information disseminated by some mass media regarding alleged negotiations of the Bank with a strategic partner for the sale of shares is not true.
Dissemination of deliberately false information is prosecuted in accordance with applicable law.
In this regard, given the nature of the published material, the Bank reserves the right to apply to judicial and law enforcement bodies to protect its legal rights, in accordance with current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
With sufficient reserves and the best financial stability ratings among Kazakhstan STBs without foreign participation, overcoming confidently all challenges and confirming its position as the Leader of Kazakhstan financial system, the Bank continues its operations in accordance with the set strategy of technological development.
