Dissemination of deliberately false information is prosecuted in accordance with applicable law.

In this regard, given the nature of the published material, the Bank reserves the right to apply to judicial and law enforcement bodies to protect its legal rights, in accordance with current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
