Notification of changes in the terms and conditions of business customer servicing
Dear customers,
From 1 October 2026, we are launching a new Tender Pro tariff package. The package is designed for active tender participants and offers unlimited issuance of digital tender guarantees:
- KZT 30,000 per month;
- KZT 300,000 for 12 months. By paying for annual service, you save KZT 60,000.
From 9 October 2026, the terms and conditions of the existing packages will change:
Tender — the monthly fee will be reduced from KZT 25,000 to KZT 15,000. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Salem — a digital blank tender guarantee will become available:
- up to KZT 100,000 — no fees;
- over KZT 100,000 — 2%, minimum KZT 13,000.
