Important Notice: Temporary Changes to Onlinebank Operations (July 24–27)
Dear Clients!
Scheduled technical maintenance will be performed in Onlinebank from July 24 to July 27 as part of our migration to the international payment standard, ISO 20022.
Key Information:
- July 26, 00:00 – 12:00 (Astana time): Processing of most tenge and foreign currency payments will be temporarily unavailable or may experience delays.
- Card-to-Card (P2P) transfers will continue to operate normally, 24/7.
- Full restoration of Onlinebank services is scheduled for July 26 at 12:00.
If you have urgent payments planned, we recommend completing them in advance.
