Notification of changes in the terms of business customer servicing
Dear Customers!
Effective July 28, 2026, the following changes to the fee schedule for legal entities will apply:
- The fee for accepting cash in Russian rubles (Clause 4.2.1) will be 5% of amount min 1 000 tenge;
- For international transfers in EUR to banks in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, an additional fee of 130 000 KZT applies to transfers using the "OUR" fee payment scheme.
