About changes in tariffs for individuals
Dear customers!
Hereby we notify you of changes to the Halyk SuperApp tariffs for individuals.
These updates are being implemented in accordance with market conditions and are aimed at maintaining the Bank's high level of service and reliability.
Please note that from 1 January 2026, in accordance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, certain banking services will be subject to value added tax. From this date, the VAT rate will be 16%. All tariffs are quoted including VAT.
The updated tariffs will come into effect from 11 September 2026.
