On changes to individual payment card service tariffs
Dear customers of the Bank,
Please be informed that the Other Tariffs for the service of individual debit cards have changed.
Beginning 1 November 2024, a standard fee for cash withdrawals in the network of other banks outside of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be charged at the rate of 1.5%, with a minimum of KZT 1,000, inside the network of Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC, Moskommertsbank CB (LLC), and Kazkommertsbank Tajikistan CJSC.
