Fraudsters use Halyk Bank logo for criminal purposes
Dear customers!
Please, be aware of a new method of fraud, which is used by criminals in an attempt to steal money from customers' accounts.
We would like to inform you about a new method of fraud:
During a telephone conversation with a customer the attackers introduce themselves as Halyk Bank employees and use WhatsApp messenger to send the customer’s fake Financial Balance Transfer Agreement, while illegally using the logo and attributes of the Bank.
Be careful and do not fall for the fraudulent schemes of intruders.
In case of a dubious call, do not negotiate and report to the Contact Center at 7111.
