Dear customers,

Due to the complete transition to remote service of the OnlineBank HALYK system, JSC Halyk Bank notifies of inaccessibility of the Corporate Internet Banking and the Module Bank – Customer systems from 1 March 2021. 

For this reason, please be informed that the following service tariffs for customers – legal entities, branches and representations of legal entities, peasant farms, sole proprietors, notaries, lawyers, private bailiff and professional mediators (single for all Bank’ Branches) are not valid anymore:

OnlineBank HALYK System:
6.1.1
One user connection to version Business (authentication device and EDS provided), including VAT
6.1.2
One user connection to version Start, including VAT
6.1.3
Smart card reissue, including VAT
6.1.4
Card reader replacement, including VAT
6.1.5
Monthly fee for bank account statements/account statements by SMS messages (extra tariff)
*tariff is also applied for SMS authentication
6.1.6
Purchase of extra number and volume of payments by version Start, including VAT
6.1.7
Monthly subscription fee for maintaining electronic customer accounts using OnlineBank HALYK Business system for 1 electronic contract (charged additionally to the standard contract maintenance fee)

Onsite engineer service upon customer request, including VAT
6.3
Connection to the mobile app HalykNotify for delivery of push notifications, including VAT
6.4
Key carrier reissue at customer initiative, including VAT
6.5
еToken рass replacement, including VAT
6.6
Delivery of SMS notifications to mobile phone for outgoing payments made via remote customer service systems, including VAT
